Honey with seabuckthorn – “AMS”

Honey “AMS” contains freeze-dried and crushed sea buckthorn berries with pulp and seeds. The freeze-drying method helps to preserve all the healthy properties of sea buckthorn, including vitamins, essential fatty acids, essential oils and minerals. Sea buckthorn is very rich in vitamins. The best known are vitamin P, vitamin C (one berry is considered to contain as much vitamin C as orange), vitamin E, B1, B2, B9, provitamin A and group K vitamins. In addition, sea buckthorn contains many trace elements such as iron, magnesium, silicon, titanium and aluminum.
Honey “AMS” goes well with smoothies or take 1 teaspoon two to three times a day, half an hour before meals. It is known that it is generally recommended to take natural health-promoting foods on an empty stomach for 15-30 minutes before a meal. This makes it easier for the body to process and absorb the vitamins and nutrients that the product contains. Like other honey mixtures, it is advisable to store AMS in the dark and cool place before and after opening. Examples of suitable places are a pantry and a refrigerator. In general, honey retains well even in room temperature but honey mixtures tend to layer at temperatures above + 10C and lose their nice appearance. The product does not spoil, just no longer looks nice.
