You will get a good result if you cut the meat approximately for 3 cm thick slices, lubricate it by hand with honey for meat (salt and pepper can be added by the hour) and wrap each piece in a separate foil. You can also add a slice of turnip, a little onion or a carrot to the meat pack. Place the resulting sachet in oven at 180 – 200ºC for one and a half to two hours. The result is a soft, juicy and very tasty piece of meat.
Fish (we recommend salmon or trout) should be cleaned of scales and bones. Cut in half and lubricate with the product. Wrap in foil and bake in the oven at 180 – 200ºC for 30 – 45 minutes.
We have baked the lamb in an oven pot and the result has been excellent again.
